Seeking a part-time administrative assistant

The Erie Yacht Club Foundation is seeking a part-time administrative assistant to provide support to the Trustees of the foundation. Duties would include processing donations and maintaining donor records, bank deposits, payment of invoices, correspondence, assisting with the foundation’s annual fundraiser known as the Boathouse Party and other duties as determined by the Trustees. The successful candidate would work from home and must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel and experienced in QuickBooks. Hours are flexible and cyclical in nature revolving around the activities of the foundation and typically in the range of 5-15 hours a month.
